The Branch Manager also handles escalated customer issues, upholds service standards, and works to maximize branch profitability and performance. This position is on-site and reports to our<strong> Omaha, NE</strong> branch. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of management experience in pest control.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have state-required pest control operator licensing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
