The Air Operations Recruiter position performs a variety of duties to aid in the hiring for Pilots within the Air Operations Department.  </p>\n<p>Specifically, you’ll perform the following duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build relationships and partnerships with leaders at colleges, academies, and other aviation industry entities to network and support our recruitment programs</li>\n <li>Communicate projected recruiting event schedules to internal and external teams</li>\n <li>Work closely with the in-office recruitment team members to develop, implement and market the strategy for external recruitment events and programs</li>\n <li>Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding all programs</li>\n <li>Review and select applications</li>\n <li>Conduct offsite HR interviews for candidates</li>\n <li>Mentor associate recruiters</li>\n <li>Coordinate events for the team and work closely with the coordinators to ensure workgroups are appropriately staffed at events</li>\n <li>Assists in recruitment administration as needed</li>\n <li>Travel: 50-75%</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u>Requirements</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>3 years of experience in recruiting</li>\n <li>Proven event planning skills</li>\n <li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Preferred Qualification</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 2 years of work experience in aviation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Envoy Air Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, provides regional flight service to American Airlines under the American Eagle brand and ground handling services for many American Airlines Group flights.
