          "text": "<p>The <strong>Director, Workday Consulting</strong>&#xa0;is a senior-level Workday leader with responsibility for platform strategy, configuration, integrations, and team delivery across Workday HCM and Financials.&#xa0;This role serves as the architectural authority for Workday, leads a high-performing support team, and partners with stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant, and optimized enterprise solutions.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>**Workday HCM Certification is a must have for the role*</strong></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide project and team oversight of Workday HCM (Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting) and Financials/FDM modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Projects/Grants, Reporting) for all active projects.</li><li>Act as the Workday architectural expert, advising on system design, configuration strategy, security, and cross-module impacts.</li><li>Lead and develop a team of Workday Specialists and analysts; ensure project&#xa0;health, performance monitoring, and timely delivery.</li><li>Configure and optimize Workday business processes, calculations, validations, integrations, and organizational structures for clients.</li><li>Oversee integrations, EIBs, reporting, audits, data validation, and error resolution.</li><li>Lead Workday-related projects end to end, including new modules, enhancements, and upgrades; facilitate stakeholder workshops and communications.</li></ul><p><strong>Service Delivery Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, develop, and mentor a team in the delivery of technical and functional consulting expertise, effectively managing team and individual performance.</li><li>Initiate and focus team efforts to gather and analyze data to formulate best-practice recommendations specific to client needs.</li><li>Effectively managing projects and the client engagement,&#xa0;achieving project results based upon the agreed upon SOW.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales to create project resource plans, deliverables, and timelines to meet client needs, managing multiple clients.</li><li>Measure project progress with a focus on project deliverables,&#xa0;providing&#xa0;solutions for complex situations ensuring timely and on budget results.</li><li>Solicit client&#xa0;feedback on project team performance, making adjustments in support of measurable, continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Market Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Expand and identify business opportunities, developing and strengthening client relationships</li><li>Develop and deliver innovative strategies and tools to target new and existing clients</li><li>Provide strategic oversight and consulting services on all assigned engagements.</li><li>Practice intellectual generosity,&#xa0;sharing knowledge and experiences, both internally and externally</li><li>Expand and identify existing and new business opportunities by strengthening client relationships.</li><li>Self-sufficient in scoping, converting and delivering all aspects of consulting projects with full accountability for commercial, service and reputational excellence.</li><li>Practice intellectual generosity by sharing and contributing knowledge and experiences, both internally and externally.</li><li>Promote Cielo at professional business activities, conferences, and seminars.</li></ul><p><strong>&#xa0;Cultural Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to learn and help others</li><li>Build&#xa0;trust and&#xa0;remain&#xa0;open-minded while purposely making good things happen&#xa0;</li><li>Effectively manage projects, providing solutions design, and implementing and generating project results for the organization.</li><li>Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity</li><li>Engage in positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Position Requirements</p><p><strong>Education: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Workday HCM&#xa0;Core Certification (required)</strong></li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of progressive enterprise Workday experience, including administration, governance, and cross-functional ownership.</li><li>3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role managing teams or complex initiatives.</li><li>Experience with data modeling, data architecture, entity relationships, transformation logic, and ETL concepts.</li><li>Proven success leading complex Workday implementations, enhancements, or enterprise-wide initiatives.</li><li>Experience in a consulting environment and/or internal Workday support organization.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Expert-level knowledge of Workday configuration, security frameworks, integrations, and business process governance.</li><li>Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Financials architecture, reporting, and analytics.</li><li>Experience developing report strategies, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.</li><li>Oversight of integrations, including EIB and interface governance.</li><li>Ability to align business and technical requirements at an enterprise level.</li><li>Experience working with AMS providers and Workday to resolve issues and maximize platform value.</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Workday HCM&#xa0;Core Certification (required).</strong></li><li>Additional Workday module certifications desired.</li></ul><p><strong>Behavioral Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Sound judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality (including HIPAA/PHI and technology security requirements).</li><li>Reliable and predictable attendance.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, PECI/PICOF payroll integrations, or Reports as a Service (RaaS).</li><li>Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.</li></ul><p><strong>Exposure:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of the full life cycle of project/program execution following established project management methodology.</li><li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of talent acquisition platforms, tools, products, and other complimentary technologies to support these platforms.</li><li>Deep subject matter expertise in a variety of workstreams (change management, risk assessment, compliance, sponsorship modeling, user acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, end user training, communications, resistance management, launch planning, and configuration).</li><li>Commercially astute.</li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and other related software.</li></ul>",
