We feature innovations in joint replacement, robotic surgery, pelvic health for women, cancer care, intensive care for newborns, neurosurgery, medical care for children and more.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a valued member of the healthcare team, and under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are responsible for providing and documenting care that supports patients' activities of daily living. This includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Practicing basic infection control procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensuring adequate nutrition and fluid intake</p></li>\n <li><p>Recognizing and responding appropriately to emergencies</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining respect for patient dignity, autonomy, and individual routines.</p>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Oregon: </strong> Current CNA certificate required.</li>\n <li><strong>Washington: </strong> Current CNA certificate or NAR license (Nursing Assistant Registered) required. An NAR-licensed CHT has 120 days to obtain the CNA certificate.\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>*If performing phlebotomy tasks (capillary or venous blood draws), those who perform this job in the State of Washington must be a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>BLS for Provider certificate from the American Heart Association required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $22.32 - USD $31.90 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
