Our work is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires care, efficiency, and teamwork.</p><hr><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Move Supervisor / Crew Lead</strong> to lead the <strong>move portion of our jobs</strong> and support clean-out work as needed.</p><p>This role is a great fit for someone with <strong>strong moving experience</strong> who is ready to step into more responsibility and help lead a crew on job sites.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead and coordinate move jobs</li><li>Wrap and protect furniture properly</li><li>Load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently</li><li>Help keep the crew organized and on pace</li><li>Communicate clearly with team members and clients</li><li>Support clean-out jobs as part of the team</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience in <strong>moving, furniture handling, or similar hands-on work</strong></li><li>Comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed</li><li>Strong work ethic—you’ll be working alongside the team</li><li>Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3><ul><li>Part-time to start (<strong>6–10 hours/week</strong>)</li><li>Opportunity for more hours as work grows</li><li>Primarily weekday jobs</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Pay</strong></h3>Let's talk.
