As a Retail Operations Manager , you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations across high‑volume retail food venues, ensuring exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a welcoming dining experience. This role is ideal for a hands‑on foodservice leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about people, process, and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead daily operations across retail dining outlets, ensuring consistent service, food quality, and a positive guest experience Drive financial performance by managing labor, food cost, inventory, and retail sales strategies Hire, train, and develop frontline teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulatory standards Partner with leadership on retail innovation, merchandising, and marketing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
