The Commissioning Agent is responsible for resolving commissioning challenges including developing and implementing commissioning process delivery plans. They will help identify system issues related to design, installation, or performance and work with stakeholders to resolve. Principal Accountabilities: Lead and execute commissioning of HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Resolve commissioning-related challenges and execute assigned commissioning tasks. Prepare and perform a variety of tests including functional performance testing (FPT) and integrated systems testing (IST). Document deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify system performance under various load and failure scenarios. Develop and implement commissioning process delivery plans for assigned projects. Review and apply construction documents, including plans and specifications, to support commissioning activities. Collect and integrate information from end users, project partners, field investigations, and applicable codes and standards. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
