In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the HTF technical expert, guiding maintenance teams and managing the flow of production to ensure delivery timelines and financial goals are met. In this critical role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our brand new, state-of-the-art, engine overhaul facility, dedicated to the Honeywell HTF engine line.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Direct the production planning and scheduling process according to sales volume, sales mix, inventory requirements and materials availability.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Plans day-to-day operations, assigns manpower, authorizes overtime and controls costs.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Monitors production yields on a daily basis and make adjustments as necessary to maintain delivery schedules.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with production, supply, sales, engineering and customer service to ensure production standards and goals are achieved.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Establish and implement policies and procedures needed to achieve the business unit's strategic operating goals.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform capacity planning for equipment, floor space and manpower requirements in accordance with forecasted workload.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Builds and develop team approaches to problem solving and continuous improvement concepts within the assigned area.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Produce and maintain measures of performance to graphically display performance-related strengths and weaknesses within the cell.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Monitor, control and report on the cell's capital expenditures in relation to budgeted amounts.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the cell, including the selecting of employees, pay administration, budget administration, employee safety, employee counseling and motivation, organization goals and objectives, and planning, organizing, integrating and measuring the work performed within the cell.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Actively participate in the business unit management team, assisting with the development and realization of strategic plans, budgets, goals and outcomes.</span></li><li><p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Exercises authority in hiring, training, career development, performance appraisal, salary adjustments, promotion, discipline, health, safety and the general employee relations of direct reports.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assign and execute critical projects.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Position Requirements</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum 5 years of experience serving in a people management capacity.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the Honeywell HTF7000 service operations.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Prior experience leading production teams across multiple shifts.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">High School Diploma or GED required.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;
