You may already have experience teaching or tutoring, or you may be eager to develop your instructional skills in a highly supportive environment. What matters most is your passion for the subject, your ability to communicate clearly, and your enthusiasm for helping students grow.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We’ll train you in our teaching philosophy and instructional methods, but you’ll bring your own personality and strengths to the role. Maybe it’s your ability to simplify supply-and-demand curves, connect abstract concepts to real-world examples, or help a stressed-out student feel more confident and capable.
