Working in collaboration with the work cell and the Material Replenishment Coordinator, the role is responsible for all aspects of processing parts with the exception of CNC &amp; Inspection. Ability to successfully work with Operations Engineering and quality representatives to drive continuous improvement; identify root causes, corrective actions, and participate in change management. Full accountability for non-metallic parts from issuing material to receipt into inventory, excluding CNC &amp; Inspection.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Capable of manufacturing parts to customer specification with the use of work orders, sketches, drawings and process sheets.</li>\n\t<li>Able to read and understand material safety data sheets</li>\n\t<li>Stabilize core, layout, planform (using templates and mylars), dry fit, layup, splice and bond per established procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Operates saws, sealers and ovens.</li>\n\t<li>Performs routine operator level preventative maintenance, organize, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, product, and supplies to ensure highest possible standards of cleanliness in accordance with established company procedures and requirements.</li>\n\t<li>Operator must verify their work to ensure it meets the required specifications before sending it on to the next operation.</li>\n\t<li>Proficient with the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tapes, scales and protractors).</li>\n\t<li>Able to work with fiberglass prepreg and epoxy adhesives.</li>\n\t<li>Upon direction of supervisor and/or lead operator, prepares, sets up, starts daily operation and manufactures parts to customer&rsquo;s specifications.</li>\n\t<li>Understands daily requirements, and helps work cell in achieving/driving daily targets.</li>\n\t<li>Assists in the cross training of operators as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Addresses issues found by final inspection and work with work cell team to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure lean manufacturing concepts are being followed and actively work with team to drive continuous improvement.</li>\n\t<li>Performs other various tasks as required.</li>\n\t<li>Other essential duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n",
