Guides and directs the efforts of less experienced coworkers by applying a mastery of technical skills and knowledge. The specific duties and tasks required of this position reflect substantial variety and complexity. Also serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex technical issues.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilites:</strong></p>\n<p>The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possesses and applies a mastery of knowledge of the machinery repair trade, including machining, fabrication and welding, mechanical, electrical, and production process techniques.</li>\n <li>Acts as a primary lead technician on machinery and tooling repair projects.
