They collaborate with providers, staff, and patients, integrating pharmaceutical care into interdisciplinary programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Pharmacy Services Department manages medication therapy for Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center patients and serves as a key source of guidance on safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication use.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><strong>Required</strong>-BS Pharmacy Degree or a Doctor Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College/School of Pharmacy</li><li><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Required</strong>-Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Hawaiʻi (must maintain licensure during employment tenure)</li><li><strong>Preferred</strong>-Supervisory experience</li><li><strong>Preferred</strong>-Completion of American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited PGY-1 pharmacy residency or equivalent experience&nbsp;</li><li><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Preferred</strong>-Board Certification in either Ambulatory Care or Pharmacotherapy &nbsp;
