    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Custodial Tech is responsible for providing professional housekeeping in residence halls and reports to the Assistant Director of Housing Facilities Operations.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>This position requires the incumbent to wear non-slip steel shoes, university shirt, pants, belt (if necessary), and campus ID as part of the uniform. This position performs routine custodial tasks per established schedules and housekeeping standards.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>This is a fast-paced setting where specific job assignments, shifts, and locations may vary within our residence halls as necessary to meet the department’s needs. Custodians participate in on-call schedules and work long hours during the summer months, and the schedule may be changed depending on the departmental needs.</span></p>",
