    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\">The Lead Barista will perform as a member of the management team for retail and facilities as assigned. &nbsp;The Lead Barista may also perform specific Store Manager duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES</strong></p><ul><li>Administers and applies policies and procedure by Company Standards.</li><li>Assists in effectively implementing company policy and procedures as they are developed.</li><li>Effectively Supervises Subordinates.</li><li>Responsible for completion of all Barista applications and functions.</li><li>Must promote consistent customer service by all employees.</li><li>Counsels and coaches subordinates to improve.</li><li>Effectively monitor facility security policy/procedure and ensures compliance by all employees.</li><li>Assists in ensuring the facility is adequately supplied with all equipment to operate efficiently.</li><li>Will be responsible for departmental ordering and will ensure completion of this function is in compliance with ordering and inventory schedules.</li><li>Assists with funds control and management.&nbsp;</li><li>In the absence of the Store Manager the Lead Barista will be responsible for the depositing of daily business and ensuring all accounting paperwork is forwarded to corporate offices in a timely manner.</li><li>In the absence of the Store Manager or as assigned the Lead Barista will be responsible for external transaction control and paid out funds allocation.</li><li>Responsible for receipt of all payments and properly recording all transactions.</li><li>Will ensure all products within assigned departments are adequately and effectively displayed.</li><li>Responsible for overall presentation and shopability of the entire facility.</li><li>Will promote, support, and participate in all management development programs implemented and developed by the company.</li><li>Responsible for the continuous training of all subordinates referent to product knowledge.</li><li>Will continuously promote and develop sales skills of all subordinates.</li><li>Conducts any remedial training necessary to keep all subordinates proficient.</li><li>Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Company Senior.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
