For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Measure and visually assess samples of injection molded parts and record results. </li>\n <li>Provide alerts and guidance to production personnel on quality-related issues.</li>\n <li>Operate production lines and package products as needed.</li>\n <li>Set-up, run and record test results for equipment qualification, reliability testing, and customer complaint/internal non-conformance investigations as defined by the Quality Engineer.</li>\n <li>Review quality control data and initiate internal non-conformances when non-conformances found.</li>\n <li>Facilitate and document inspection and rework for non-conforming product. </li>\n <li>Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing test equipment. </li>\n <li>Support miscellaneous projects in development within Quality Engineering. </li>\n <li>Participate in reviews of proposed manufacturing process and quality control procedure changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good troubleshooting abilities. </li>\n <li>Good record keeping skills. </li>\n <li>Good communication skills (will need to interface with Engineering and Production personnel).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using inspection equipment (e.g., calipers, comparator, height gage), PC-based computer systems and Microsoft Excel and Word.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a High School diploma or GED; an Associates degree in a technical discipline is preferred.</li>\n <li>Two years minimum experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment and quality assurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Hamilton</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diverse portfolio of exciting and innovative design projects </li>\n <li>Tremendous opportunities for professional growth</li>\n <li>Commitment to sustainable design </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation </li>\n <li>Excellent Benefit Package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, disability insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement and much more</li>\n <li>Solid Stable Company</li>\n <li>Drug free workplace</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Mid Salary</h2>",
