About this Role The Skilled Laborer performs a variety of field construction and maintenance tasks under the supervision of higher-level employees. The position is primarily outdoors and requires clothing appropriate for changing seasons and weather conditions. Traveling out of town to work on remote job sites may be required as directed by management. For Skilled Laborer III: Must have completed OSHA 10 safety training prior to or at promotion to this level. Driver’s License: Valid state driver’s license required. Working Conditions Outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust. Work is performed at various construction and maintenance sites, including remote locations.
