    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title</span>: Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) Clinician</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department: </span>Medical/Behavioral Health</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> to: </span>Behavioral Health Director</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span>: Implement and promote a program of CPSP services in a community clinic setting, including, but not limited to, psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, individual psychotherapy and case management/coordination with medical providers in order to address the social, emotional, relational and environmental issues that can affect pregnancy.  The clinic population is largely Spanish-speaking, low-income, and/or pregnant women.  The CPSP clinician will provides a range of psychosocial assessments, diagnostic, therapeutic and care coordination services for pregnant women as appropriate to the specific expectations of the position. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform initial mental health assessment of clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct individual and group therapy as determined appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide crisis response to walk in pregnant women and/or patients as necessary, in conjunction with medical providers to encourage compliance with medical and prenatal regimes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote inter-departmental communication to ensure efficient coordination of services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop informational materials for educational purposes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acts as a liaison between health, education, welfare, and other community agencies to establish an integrated and coordinated program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintains accurate and appropriate records of all patient interventions and follow ups.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completes timely and accurate documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth, especially to maintain license, certification, or identified program performance skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend on and off-site collaborations and community meetings on behalf of Clinica Romero as the CPSP representative and report back to the Nursing and/or Behavioral Health director and team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned.</span> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Licensed clinician (LCSW or MFT) with the BBS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Registered Associate (ACSW or AMFT) with the BBS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilingual English Spanish required - Speaking and writing skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least 1 year of CPSP experience (preferred) or 2 years as a clinician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent leadership, collaborative, team building skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Microsoft Office general knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse culture, education and economic background.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Note: The higher end of the salary range provided, applies only to those who are Licensed.</span></li>\n</ul>",
