The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed. We’ve transformed what is traditionally a linear, expensive and time-consuming undertaking into a seamless cloud-based platform that uses analytics and contextual collaboration to enable our clients to select real estate and deliver spaces on time and on budget.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are a global team of 120 employees with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest &amp; Vietnam and are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team.  We’re a startup - the right person(s) should be hungry, scrappy, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company.  You should be a self-starter who is capable of owning your work while also being an integral member of the team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore &amp; US</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work under the guidance</span> of the team lead on individual or team projects.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mainly tasked with our Japanese clients’ projects</span> to provide support to customers and PM/CS teams</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interpret architectural drawings</span> in both 2D and 3D formats using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, or Revit.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Utilize Saltmine platform</span> to convert building designs into 2D and 3D visualizations for clients using your understanding of architectural drawings.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Convert client guidelines</span> into a live library for space/room block, product &amp; material on Saltmine platform to be ready for them to use in their design.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Create twin-digitized 3D models</span> of layout plans and buildings based on construction drawings, images, or videos.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate with the team</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lead</span> to analyze client input to make informed design decisions for various architectural aspects, including existing building condition, portfolio, twin digitization, client block and product/material library, testfitting.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Find and produce high-quality images of external scenes </span>that are relevant to the project’s location.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work closely with other interior design teams, 3D modeling team, catalog team</span> to ensure seamless project completion.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systematically saving, </span>keeping the folder organized.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-going customer support:</span> provide support to current customers and get them familiar with Saltmine following our own processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manage project timelines and team resources </span>to ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintain quality control</span> for both your own work and that of junior/ supporting team members.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assisting the team lead in training</span> others on complex workflow processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support your team lead to document and develop</span> the design team’s workflow processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prepare and participate in knowledge sharing sessions</span> with your team lead and other design teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Provide feedback and technical support</span> to other team members and design teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monitor your own performance</span> against established OKRs, task velocity and workflows, seek for feedback from your seniors and team lead.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Participate in product development</span> by providing feedback on Saltmine tools and assisting the team lead in assessing the impact of product updates on current workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor/ College or Vocational degree related to Architecture, Interior Design.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 3-5 years of experience. Candidates with office design experience will be preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Autocad software (intermediate level).</li>\n<li>Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on a number of projects.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other relevant design software is a plus.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates a deep understanding of construction drawing principles and practices.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of zoning principles, diagrams, trends in office design.</li>\n<li>Ability to quickly master the Saltmine app, ideally within 4 months of starting the job.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to speak, read and write in Japanese (from N3) is a must</li>\n<li>Adapts quickly to new information and challenges.</li>\n<li>Effective prioritization of tasks.</li>\n<li>Efficient workload and time management within the small team</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.</li>\n<li>Manage disagreements and conflicts effectively.</li>\n<li>Inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Clear and concise communication.</li>\n<li>Able to read and write in English is a must (intermediate level).</li>\n<li>Able to speak English is beneficial (intermediate level).</li>\n<li>Be flexible and open to change.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">BENEFIT</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual health check.</li>\n<li>14 annual leaves and 05 sick leaves covered by the company.</li>\n<li>Pantry filled with foods and snacks.</li>\n<li>Hybrid working</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
