JOB TITLE : Digital Ops Lead SALARY RANGE : $85,000 to $95,000 REPORTS TO : Ecommerce Manager JOB TITLE : Full-Time, Exempt Job Location: This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of up to 2 days per week in office to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and partnership. About this role: We’re looking for a Digital Ops Lead who’s both detail-oriented and solutions-driven — someone who cares deeply about the ecommerce experience while keeping broader business goals in mind. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day maintenance and optimization of our online store, ensuring data accuracy, site performance, and brand consistency, while contributing across merchandising, promotions, QA, and overall site experience. If you're a self-starter who takes ownership, communicates well, and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves wherever the team needs you, you'll thrive here. Please note, as part of a dynamic team, this role may include additional responsibilities beyond those listed below, based on business needs and team priorities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Product Management & Launch Coordination Own end-to-end product setup in Shopify, creating and updating PDPs to ensure information (descriptions, details, imagery, tags, metafields, metadata) is accurate, on-brand, and search optimized Monitor data integrity across ERP/CMS applications, including titles, pricing, variant configurations, and back-order timelines Coordinate and manage product launches and assortment extensions to ensure content needs are effectually identified, requested, and delivered Perform regular and comprehensive pre- and post-launch QA across all site content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless UI/UX Site Merchandising & Reporting Monitor weekly and monthly analytics, including sales performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve optimization and inform site merchandising strategy, leveraging site performance KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, funnel analysis, A/B testing) Create, curate, merchandise and manage collection landing pages regularly to align with launches, promotions, merchandising priorities, and other key initiatives Assist with site navigation, owning product categorization, filters, and tagging logic to provide an intuitive and cohesive UI/UX Implement and optimize cross-sell and upsell strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and product discovery Site Operations & Promotions Maintain and update static informational support pages, including About, Visit Us, Events, FAQs, etc. Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal functionality, troubleshooting front-end issues at all levels to identify and resolve any bugs, errors, inconsistencies, and potential friction points Manage native and third-party integrations, ensuring applications are up-to-date and operating optimally Assist in executing and scheduling promotions, including creation and management of discount codes, banners, pop-ups, and T&Cs, as well as implementation of product inclusion/exclusion rules Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment across site content with key launches, campaigns, promotions, and other business objectives Liaise with technology and development teams to support enhancements, log issues, and manage resolution requests WHAT YOU BRING : 3-5+ years experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field Must be proficient in Shopify and Google Analytics Extremely detail oriented, organized, and highly analytical Self-starter with excellent writing skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript Basic knowledge of Netsuite a plus but not required Photoshop experience a plus Articulate and collaborative, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities Proactive and adaptable, with a high standard for quality and consistency Must have a strategic mindset and be an excellent problem solver Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed Experience within home decor, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
