      "content": "<div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Leadership</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Leads, coaches, and develops field quality team through on-site presence, real-time feedback, and consistent accountability.</p>\n<p>• Makes timely field decisions under pressure using inspection data, defect trends, and risk assessments to prevent rework and long-term asset issues.</p>\n<p>• Sets and enforces uncompromising safety and workmanship standards for commercial rooftop installations, ensuring compliance with codes, AHJs, and manufacturer requirements.</p>\n<p>• Builds a strong quality culture grounded in integrity, continuous improvement, and ownership of long-term system performance beyond project closeout.</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Quality Inspections &amp; Verification</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Perform incoming inspections of solar materials including modules, racking systems, inverters, wire, conduit, and hardware</p>\n<p>• Conduct in-process and final inspections of rooftop solar installations</p>\n<p>• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, NEC, AHJ, and utility requirements</p>\n<p>• Inspect rooftop penetrations, waterproofing, and structural attachments</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Electrical &amp; Mechanical Quality Checks</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Verify torque values on mechanical and electrical connections</p>\n<p>• Inspect grounding and bonding systems</p>\n<p>• Confirm correct labeling, signage, and safety markings</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Documentation &amp; Records Management</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Maintain inspection checklists, installation records, and as-builts</p>\n<p>• Capture photographic evidence of installation quality</p>\n<p>• Support turnover packages for owners, utilities, and AHJs</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Nonconformances &amp; Corrective Action</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Identify and document nonconforming work</p>\n<p>• Support corrective actions and verify close-out</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Compliance &amp; Audits</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Support internal, customer, utility, and AHJ inspections</p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Support</strong></span></p>\n<p>• Collaborate with construction, engineering, operations, safety, supply chain, and subcontractors</p>\n<p>• Provide real-time quality feedback and support training</p>\n</div>"
