    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce parts within specified tolerances and production schedules</li>\n <li>Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance are met</li>\n <li>Set up machines, fixtures, and controls to regulate temperature, pressure, and speed</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while following all company and HSE policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Job Duties</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Measure, mark, and record temperatures and reference points on materials and workpieces</li>\n <li>Select, align, and secure fixtures; stamp position numbers as required</li>\n <li>Input and adjust machine programs and controls to meet production requirements</li>\n <li>Observe machine operations, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime</li>\n <li>Assist with stenciling, cleaning, and supporting other operators to ensure smooth production flow</li>\n <li>Train new employees and support cross-training across departments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education and Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting</li>\n <li>Demonstrated reliability, positive attitude, and strong attendance record</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Veterans Welcome!&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
