      "value": "<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in community management, ecosystem building, events, marketing, or a related hands-on operational role. Experience from tech, VC, PE, or other fast-paced environments is useful but not required.</li><li>Experience working with senior stakeholders (CXO-level) and coordinating across multiple functions.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage many parallel workstreams with structure and consistency, someone who thrives in the detail, not just the big picture.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to structure complex information clearly and drive alignment.</li><li>A self-starting mindset with the confidence to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution, including the unglamorous parts.</li><li>Strong digital capabilities, including experience with CRM systems, community platforms, and data-driven follow-up. Familiarity with automation and AI tools is an advantage.</li><li>Commercial awareness and interest in how networks can support both talent and investment sourcing.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally when required.</li><li>Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.</li></ul>"
