West College of Business is seeking applications for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Faculty Construction Management member.  </span>The Gary E. West College of Business seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the design, launch, and growth of a four‑year Bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management. This role provides academic leadership across curriculum development, accreditation, teaching, and industry engagement, while contributing broadly to the mission and service commitments of the College and University. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum design and delivery in both online and on‑ground formats; guide the program through institutional, HLC, and ACCE approval and accreditation processes; and teach undergraduate courses aligned with their professional expertise. This position also plays a vital role in faculty governance, assessment and continuous improvement, student recruitment and success, and partnerships with industry. The individual will actively engage in service to the school, college, profession, and community; support diverse learners; collaborate with faculty and staff; and serve as a liaison to professional practice. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Dean to support the strategic goals and success of the College of Business. This position is a 9-month tenure track position.<br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions of the position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Curriculum development</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Student advisement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Online Instruction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in activities related to student recruitment and retention</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4c4a; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Education &amp; Experience Requirements: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4e4c4a; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess at least a master’s degree in construction management or closely related field from an accredited institution.</li>\n<li>Possess demonstrable relevant experience in the construction or a comparable industry.</li>\n<li>Possess collaborative skills to work as part of the College of Business.</li>\n<li>Possess the ability to manage tasks and processes including developing and implementing new course content in both the on ground and online formats.</li>\n<li>Participate with student organizations and/or mentor student organizations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other disciplines and interact with the industry, including participation in or leadership of service learning or other experiential learning projects. <br></li>\n<li>Communicate effectively, work cooperatively with students, faculty, staff, and administrators, conduct themselves professionally, and perform appropriate service functions at the department, school, and college levels.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, written, graphic, and oral communication skills.</li>\n<li>Professional certifications or licenses related to the construction industry.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimal Qualifications:</span><br> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in developing, administering or teaching in an ACCE accredited CM program</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the program approval and accreditation processes within the higher<br>education environment.</li>\n<li>Terminal degree in construction management or a closely related field from an accredited<br>institution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
