This role is located in Pune</p><p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><p><strong>AI &amp; Intelligent Systems</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions</li><li>Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and business workflows</li><li>Apply NLP, machine learning, and AI frameworks to build intelligent automation</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model and agent performance</li><li>Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and responsible AI standards</li></ul><p><strong>Full Stack Development</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture</li><li>Build responsive front-end applications using Angular and modern UI frameworks</li><li>Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration</li><li>Implement reactive programming patterns for high-performance applications</li><li>Manage the full application lifecycle—from development to deployment and monitoring</li></ul><p><strong>DevOps &amp; Engineering Practices</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD</li><li>Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes</li><li>Develop automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end)</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis</li><li>Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions</li></ul><p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>8-12 years of experience in software development with strong full stack capabilities</li><li>Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Angular (v6+)</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages</li><li>Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, Rasa)&nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and AI integration techniques</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience in financial services or regulated environments</li><li>Knowledge of Responsible AI and ethical AI development practices</li><li>Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p><p>BNY Newsroom</p><p>BNY LinkedIn</p><p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p><p>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</p><p>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</p><p>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p><p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p><p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
