    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> The <strong>Bartender at The Newbury of Brookline</strong> will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with the utmost level of hospitality. Mixing and garnishing cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and following or creating cocktail recipes will fall under the Barkeep’s responsibilities. The Bartender will report to the Dining Room Manager and assist with other dining needs as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22/hr | $2 bonus for attendance!! | No Tips</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Availability:</strong> Full-Time | 1pm-9pm shift | 1 Weekend Day is Required</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner</li>\n <li>Greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed</li>\n <li>Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, makerecommendations, and taking drink orders.</li>\n <li>Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials.</li>\n <li>Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to residents.</li>\n <li>Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well\u0002stocked.</li>\n <li>Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passion for excellence</li>\n <li>A great moral compass</li>\n <li>High school graduate preferred</li>\n <li>6 months to 1 year of bartending experience</li>\n <li>Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
