Aperçu du rôle:
In En tant que conseiller en vente, vous devrez vendre une gamme de produits National Pen à des clients existants par le biais d'appels téléphoniques sortants. Pour ce faire, vous contacterez les clients en utilisant un flux de travail préétabli. Vous fournirez ainsi à nos clients un service exceptionnel, tout en établissant des relations à long terme avec eux.
LES RESPONSABILITÉS PRIMAIRES:
Appeler les clients existants en utilisant le workflow prédéfini et générer des ventes
Gérer une base de données de comptes non attribués avec des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de performance
Vous vous assurez que les problèmes des clients sont traités de manière efficace, en informant le client de tout nouveau produit et en maintenant les plus hauts niveaux de service à la clientèle
S'assurer que les détails de la commande et du client sont correctement téléchargés dans le système pour garantir l'exactitude de toutes les commandes.
Atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires individuels de ventes, d'appels et de revenus.
Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de rattrapage de l'équipe, réfléchir à de nouvelles idées et techniques de vente
Maintenir une connaissance à jour de nos produits et processus, ce qui sera soutenu par une formation, un soutien et un accompagnement continus.
Toute autre tâche/projet demandé par la direction.
CONNAISSANCES/COMPÉTENCES/APTITUDES REQUISES:
Vous avez un excellent niveau de français
Idéalement, vous avez au moins un an d'expérience dans un environnement de vente et vous comprenez l'importance d'établir des relations avec les décideurs clés.
Vous êtes passionné par le service à la clientèle et la gestion des attentes des clients.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de négociation
Vous êtes capable de maintenir votre professionnalisme sous pression et de traiter les objections de manière appropriée.
Vous êtes énergique, autonome et vous excellez dans les relations interpersonnelles, en mettant l'accent sur l'écoute et le sens du questionnement.
Bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office, d'Excel et d'autres systèmes.
