Please note, some of our sites are unionized work environments.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Hours: On-Call position <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">8–12-hour shifts, various hours/days of the week. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">While duties vary by assignment, the responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protecting personnel, property, assets, and confidential information</li>\n<li>Conducting routine foot patrols and perimeter inspections, both indoors and outdoors</li>\n<li>Escorting contractors and visitors through secured areas and facilities</li>\n<li>Reporting incidents, concerns, and operational updates to the Site Supervisor</li>\n<li>Preparing accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports</li>\n<li>Monitoring, operating, and responding to security alarms and surveillance systems</li>\n<li>Maintaining a safe and secure work environment while promoting health and safety practices</li>\n<li>Adhering to all CNS Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, procedures, and standards, as well as those of client sites</li>\n<li>Following all CNS policies, Site Work Instructions, and directions provided by supervisors</li>\n<li>Performing additional duties as required, including patrol operations, reception and administrative support, access control, emergency response, and incident management<br></li>\n<li>Contractor escorting through various facilities </li>\n<li>Key control </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">WHO WE’RE SEEKING</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Eligibility Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates must:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Be female;</span></li>\n<li><span>Be aged 19 or older;</span></li>\n<li><span>Be eligible to work In Canada</span></li>\n<li><span>Not have a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted;</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to provide fingerprints and complete a criminal record check;</span></li>\n<li><span>Be eligible to apply for Government of Canada personnel security screening;</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to communicate effectively in English (the ability to work in both official languages would be considered an asset).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The selected candidate will be a professional and detail driven individual with a strong work ethic and “<em>Can Do</em>” attitude. Both</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> physical and mental fitness is required.
