The role includes a variety of tasks, such as appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, general HVAC maintenance, and addressing hazardous conditions on the property. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Make repairs to appliances (garbage disposal, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, laundry equipment, ovens, stoves)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Repair plumbing fixtures (leaky faucets, toilets, sinks, drain, valves, water lines)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and correct hazardous property conditions, look for needed maintenance and liability hazards and repair/report to Regional Property Manager </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform turn-key work as required to ensure vacancies are rent-ready in a timely manner for new residents </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose repairs needed, install communications and entertainment systems (telephone, television, cable, smart tv hookup, internet, call button and alarm systems)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform wall texturing, painting, drywall repairs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform rough and finish carpentry as well as door removal and installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose repairs needed and general maintenance for Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment (HVAC)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Replace &amp; Test Smoke Detectors &amp; Carbon Monoxide Alarms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">QUALIFICATIONS </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">GED or Equivalent </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Residential and/or Commercial Maintenance Experience: 3-5 years (Required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plumbing Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Electrical Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a thorough background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift up to 50lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Practice team behavior &amp; demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Organized and manage time effectively</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Proficient in technology and cell phone applications (i.e., Gmail, Slack, Monday.com)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Work Environment &amp; What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full-time, Medical, Dental, 401k</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive wages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment</span></li>\n</ul>",
