SUMMARY OF FUNCTION: Assist faculty and students during class labs to complete projects. Research recipes and other instructional materials, prepare the lab for class, take inventory of necessary supplies and prepare shopping lists, and help students with general questions and directions. Shopping for supplies. Divide and distribute supplies to groups, students, and kitchens. Make sure all equipment is operational and advise of any equipment problems.
