This Superintendent will have project experience in <b>Higher-Education, Healthcare, or Buildings Rehabilitation, and willing to work </b>in the Buffalo, NY Region.</span></span></span></span></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"color:#242424;\">Scope:</span></span></b><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"> Construction Superintendent shall possess, at a minimum, six (6) years of experience involving <b>large-scale building/rehabilitation projects preferably with a cost of $10 million or greater</b>.</span></span></span></span><br><br><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal;\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span plan, and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project
