    "description_html": "<p>Bartender</p><p><br></p><p>Introduction</p><p><br></p><p>Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where you'll bring your creativity and passion for mixology to craft exceptional beverages in a vibrant and engaging environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.</p><p>- Take beverage orders from customers or waitstaff and serve drinks.</p><p>- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.</p><p>- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.</p><p>- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.</p><p>- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.</p><p>- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience.</p><p>- Monitor and manage bar patrons' behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure customer safety.</p><p>- Prepare garnishes and other drink ingredients in advance.</p><p>- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage preparation and service.</p><p>- Collaborate with other staff and management to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.</p><p>- Participate in bar setup and closing duties, including cleaning glasses and utensils.</p><p>- Suggest and upsell additional drink options or promotions to customers.</p><p>- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.</p><p>- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new drinks, techniques, and safety protocols.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><br></p><p>- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting</p><p>- Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes</p><p>- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and cocktail recipes</p><p>- Ability to assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations</p><p>- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</p><p>- Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor</p><p>- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills</p><p>- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures</p><p>- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds</p><p>- Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations</p><p>- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays</p><p>- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred</p>",
