You will be a primary point of contact within the product team, ensuring client needs are met and their expectations exceeded, all while facilitating effective communication between our various teams in the business. The product owner will be responsible for assisting with bringing our company's vision and strategy to life.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Client Engagement: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve as the primary touch-point for clients, managing all aspects of the project and relationship to ensure client satisfaction. </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Act as the communicator and facilitator between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requirements Management: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Product Expertise: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop a deep understanding of the CLMi product that is our Saas platform. </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs and expectations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Quality Assurance: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables. </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support as required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Support and Liaison: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide expert product knowledge and advice to support existing customers. </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collaborate with delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">CLMi Mobile App</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Work with the CLMi product management to define the vision and scope for the mobile app</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Work with the lead UX and developers to produce designs, iterate on those designs and produce estimates </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Build and own the roadmap for specific modules and features, ensuing they are delivered in the target release </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Engage with client success team to gather requirements, validate designs and the value they add to the implementation </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Work with onshore and offshore development teams to develop the product </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> Help improve the way we work with offshore developers by producing reports and feedback on the development being done offshore skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Agile Methodology: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodology for developing complex software solutions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Business Analysis Experience: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">3+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strategic analysis and planning experience, with a focus on business case formulation and benefits realization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Industry Knowledge: </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable. </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level, demonstrating strong
