    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Roles &amp; Accountabilities</strong></p><p>• <strong>System Management:</strong> Manage the Oracle EPM system for sales and accounts, including configuration, customization, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality.</p><p>&nbsp;• <strong>Implementation and Integration:</strong> Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM modules related to sales and accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the system with existing processes and systems.</p><p>&nbsp;• <strong>User Support and Training:</strong> Provide support to end-users of the Oracle EPM system, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the system.</p><p>&nbsp;• <strong>Data Management:</strong> Oversee the management of data within the Oracle EPM system, including data validation, cleansing, and migration as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>• <strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Continuously assess and improve sales and accounts planning processes, leveraging the capabilities of the Oracle EPM system to drive efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>&nbsp;• <strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Collaborate with Oracle or third-party vendors as needed for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, managing vendor relationships and contracts effectively.&nbsp;</p><p>• <strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures related to the Oracle EPM system for sales and accounts.</p><p><strong>Work experience</strong></p><p>• Experience (4-5 years) working with Oracle EPM technology, including implementation, configuration, and management.&nbsp;</p><p>• Strong understanding of sales and accounts planning processes and best practices in FMCG industry.&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</p><p>• Experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</p><p>• Oracle EPM certification(s) preferred.</p>",
