We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operational success of SAI’s model-based products.</p><p></p><p><b>The Role:</b></p><p></p><p>As an Investment Operations Manager, you will be supporting our model management operations, directly contributing to the efficient management of our diverse portfolio. You&#39;ll own critical responsibilities, including:</p><ul><li>Investment Team Support: Oversee model reallocations, daily participant trading, and plan sponsor client onboarding</li><li>Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data through reporting and query reviews</li><li>Problem Solving: Research and analyze complex operational issues, developing effective solutions and escalating appropriately</li><li>Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements, challenging the status quo and driving continuous operational excellence</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Expertise and skills you bring:</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in operational excellence, a passion for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. Specifically, you should possess:</p><ul><li>5 plus years of hands-on experience in a financial operations environment</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree (required)</li><li>A deep understanding of investment operations, preferably within Fidelity or a similar financial institution</li><li>An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution</li><li>A demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and optimize operational processes</li><li>Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency. Apply today!</p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year.  <p style=\"text-align:left\">Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
