spa knowledge and CPO certified. &nbsp;Perform swimming pool chemical tests, make corrections, and have a working knowledge of pool equipment (training provided).</li><li>Have good written communication skills.</li><li>Complete arrival inspections.</li><li>Complete landscape property clean-up including snow shovel/plow/blowing in the winter and assist with watering plants in the summer.</li><li>Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs.</li><li>Able to work with drywall, repairs and painting.</li><li>Able to complete light carpentry work.</li><li>Can manage basic TV, AV &amp;
