You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success.</p><p><br></p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</strong> Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</p></li><li><p><strong>Quality Control:</strong> Ensure the highest quality of our bagels, spreads, and beverages.
