    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.’s Commercial Sealants &amp; Waterproofing and Roofing &amp; Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&amp;D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial;\"><ul><li>Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.&nbsp;</li><li>Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.&nbsp;</li><li>Trims parts with cutting equipment.</li><li>Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with shipping and receiving.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows all safety requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with monthly inventory counts.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong>EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>No formal educational requirement.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>No prior experience or training. </li></ul><p><strong>OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><div style=\"font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial;\"><ul><li>Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment, and moral courage.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.&nbsp;</li><li>Executes ISO authority and responsibility. Reports suspected violations, including those of a business associate.&nbsp;</li><li>Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses and maintains equipment and materials properly.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:</strong></p><ul><li>The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $19.55 and $22.00.
