Our qualified candidates assume positions covering a wide range of employment areas: Office Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Call Centre, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Legal, Bilingual Services, Retail and Management & Executive Search. Provide service within the organization and create and implement training programs with a focus on ensuring inside sales representatives are effectively trained to meet and exceed their targets in their sales assignments. This includes providing sales and conversation skills to effectively bring new employees onboard, maintain appropriate sales skills and performance and develop and expand sales expertise. The training programs would include, but are not limited, to: Solution Selling (Spin, Sandler, Customer Alignment Selling, Selling to VITO etc.); Software products, services and licensing Outbound calling methods for full cycle selling Sales skill refinement in areas including, but not limited to: bonding and rapport, situational fluency, question skills, active listening, pain conversations, resiliency and attitude, getting commitments, call control, running your business, work ethic Tool use instruction, including, but not limited to CRM database applications (including client and company tools) and phone system Train the Trainer , ensuring sales leadership reinforces key sales curriculum Quality Control Personal and professional development. Work cross-functionally (Operations, Account Management, HR and Sales) to determine training needs, design proposed solutions, and develop programs to meet the expressed needs. Research, plan, organize and conduct sales training for all client programs. Note: Currently will conduct client training as well. All other client specific training will be handled directly by the Account Manager, Contact Center Manager and/or Client directly. Develop, writes and coordinates training manuals working with Department Managers for specific details. The training manuals will include: course content, visual charts, recorded video trainings (if required), slides, etc. Trainer is responsible for developing the final documentation for class attendees. Complete training schedules to ensure presentation of training is consistent and meets the needs of the program and client. Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through testing, feedback assessments, personal observation through remote monitoring and side-by-side shadowing of training attendees, evaluation of results reporting for training attendees and meeting with their direct managers on a scheduled basis. Develop a skills assessment program which identifies training needs, and determine the appropriate delivery mechanism to meet those needs. Ensure programs developed and/or administered are accurate, effective and thorough. Reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed training programs to ensure this is accomplished. Develop plans to increase skill sets of existing workforce. Maintain inventory of printed, soft, audio and visual training aids ensuring most recent and applicable versions are used for each class. Schedule training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility setup, audiovisual setup and employee/manager notification. Develop timing and content for ongoing refresher training Ensure training material is indexed in current library of training materials for use by company. MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED: College-level degree or related work experience in one or more of the following areas: •· Human Resources Development •· Communications •· Personnel Relations •· Business Administration •· Education •· Marketing Proven sales training experience in a call center and sales environment, measure by a history of publishing sales training curriculum Individual sales experience, meeting and exceeding individual quota in full cycle technology sales Able to work independently, high energy, dynamic sales personality Good public speaker at ease moderating large groups Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, Toastmasters experience desired Strong organization skills and attention to detail Experience conducting needs assessment and analysis Experience applying adult learning principles as well as the ability to recognize and adapt to different learning styles Understand basic marketing principles and experience in employee communication Ability to interact with all levels of employees and clients, helping assist sales team in securing new business for company by positing sales training as a strength 11.
