Proactive Health, Wellness & Safety Engagement This is not a role where you sit and wait for incidents. When not actively treating or triaging an injury, you will be highly visible and proactive around the construction site: Promote injury prevention and safe work practices through daily interactions with crews. Conduct walk-throughs to observe work zones and identify opportunities for safety reinforcement. Engage workers in conversations about hydration, fatigue management, PPE use, and overall wellbeing. Support site leadership in reinforcing a strong safety culture and provide reminders about risk-prone behaviors. Look for opportunities to educate on proper lifting techniques, stretching, early reporting of discomfort, and other preventive strategies.
