Qualifications for this role include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified</strong><strong> Behavior Analyst</strong> working with children with autism </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven success in training and leading a team </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and families </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Superior oral and written communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, or crawl </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2>\n<p>This is a leadership <strong>and</strong> clinical excellence role. You’ll oversee a caseload while guiding a team of clinicians and technicians, along with additional responsibilities, including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage a team of 2 to 4 master’s-level supervisors and oversee a team of 15 to 25 behavior technicians</li>\n <li>Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
