We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with clinical expertise and a positive, team-focused mindset. Our clinicians deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. We consider parents and caregivers our partners in nurturing the unique potential of every child in our care, setting them up for success in school and life. And, we have reasonable billable expectations for our team.

As a Behavior Analyst at BCI, you’ll not only have access to experienced local clinical leadership and support, but you’ll also be part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast. What You Have
You’re more than a BCBA—you’re a problem-solver, cheerleader, data enthusiast, and team player. Qualifications for this role include:
Master's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with children with autism
Proven success in training and leading a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and families
Superior oral and written communication skills
Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds..
Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects
Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, or crawl
May be required to exert physical control of clients in accordance with ABA guidelines
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a leadership and clinical excellence role. You’ll oversee a caseload while guiding a team of clinicians and technicians, along with additional responsibilities, including:
Manage a team of 2 to 4 master’s-level supervisors and oversee a team of 15 to 25 behavior technicians
Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance to assigned clients according to LEARN clinical standards
Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming
Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
