    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Responsible for set up of all deburring equipment and complete standards set by the customer by performing the following duties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ Years of complex burring experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in Aerospace industry Preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical Aptitude</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic computer skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Time Management Skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to pass the Certified Operator Program and maintain certification status. (Tell Only)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and understand cutting and deburring instructions from work orders, prints or verbal orders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use 10,000 RPM air gun, cutoff wheels, and abrasive deburring equipment such as hand head motorized grinders, belt sanders, wire brushes, scrapers, files and other related tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to form full radius on parts to conform to blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to work to fine finishes using borescopes with up to 7-30 power magnification.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work well with others and independently with minimum supervision.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to do both complex external and internal deburring of parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to meet productions rate.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Operates a Burring Equipment. Deburrs external and complex internal components.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Removes all loose burrs using assorted abrasive tooling.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Follows Ops sheets, and verbal instructions to specification.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uses cutoff wheels, and abrasive deburring equipment.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verifies and visually inspects work and dimensions per operations sheet to specification using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and preset gages.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures as required.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reports any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maintains tools, gages, and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Works to fine finishes using scopes with up to 30 power magnification.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Form full radius on parts to conform to blueprints.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blends finishes meeting customer specifications.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assist in training other Burrhands.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Follow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.</li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Working Conditions</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust, and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li>Must have ability to read applicable customer documents with or without corrective lenses.</li><li>May have to lift up to thirty (30) pounds at a time, as required.</li><li>Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>First Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday",
