    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY</u></strong></p><p>The Retail Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases at Saracen Resort and Casino&#39;s retail shop. This role involves maintaining the appearance of the shop, managing inventory, and ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul><li>Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.</li><li>Sales: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods following proper procedures.</li><li>Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of the retail shop by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are presented attractively.</li><li>Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and conducting regular stock counts.</li><li>Promotions: Inform customers of current promotions and sales events to encourage purchases.</li><li>Cleanliness: Ensure the retail shop is clean and orderly, including dusting, vacuuming, and removing any debris.</li><li>Security: Follow security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and merchandise.</li><li>Reporting: Provide feedback and suggestions to the Retail Manager regarding customer preferences and stock needs.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.</li><li>Attendance: Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.</li><li>Outstanding example of and a credit to Saracen Casino Resort</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Other Duties: Assist in other projects as directed.
