    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Amaero Advanced Materials &amp; Manufacturing, Inc. (The “Company”) </span>is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and data collection, with experience in various laboratory settings including research, clinical, and/or industrial laboratories.</p>\n<p>·         <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">130 Innovation Drive SW, McDonald, TN 37353</span></p>\n<p>·         Perform laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI)</p>\n<p>·         Collect, prepare, and analyse samples with reporting</p>\n<p>·         Maintain accurate records of experiments and results</p>\n<p>·         Operate and maintain laboratory equipment</p>\n<p>·         Assist in the development of new laboratory techniques</p>\n<p>·         Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations</p>\n<p>·         Maintain a clean work environment and use appropriate cleaning methods</p>\n<p>·         Other duties as directed by the Quality Manager</p>\n<p>·         Data collection and laboratory analysis techniques</p>\n<p>·         Math proficiency for data analysis</p>\n<p>·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>\n<p>·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<p>·         Effective communication skills (written and verbal).</p>\n<p>·         Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</p>\n<p>·         Experience with the following and/or metal powders strongly preferred:</p>\n<p>o    Powder morphology analysis</p>\n<p>o    Particle Size Distribution via sieve analysis, laser diffraction, etc.</p>\n<p>o    Chemical analysis via combustion or wet chemistry techniques (Leco and/or ICP-OES)</p>\n<p>o    Scanning Electron Microscopy</p>\n<p>o   Particle Flow Analysis via Hall Flow, etc.</p>\n<p>·         Research laboratory experience with preferred Industrial lab experience</p>\n<p>·         This is an hourly position expected to have qualified candidates work 40 hours / week with a possibility of overtime.</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 45 lbs. throughout an 8–10-hour shift.</p>\n<p>Amaero Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  Due to the nature of the work performed, this position is limited to US Persons.  Guidance on who qualifies as a US Person can be found at</p>\n<p><span><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/section-120.62\">https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/section-120.62</a></span>.</p>",
