The Equipment Operators will mainly operate on project sites located in Sussex and Kent County, DE, as well as Worcester, Wicomico, Dorchester, and Caroline counties in Maryland. This position involves the operation of heavy equipment including but not limited to excavators, dozers, track loaders, and haul trucks.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>Equipment Operator</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrate a working knowledge of all aspects of construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>Pipelayer</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Install new pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains in prepared trenches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure pipes are aligned properly and positioned on grade and on line.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with backfilling and operating compaction equipment as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Recognize and mitigate job site hazards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the crew.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>Equipment Operator </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Previous equipment operation experience is preferred but not required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain all tools required for Equipment Operators</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and a drug/alcohol test. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
