This role requires exceptional technical skill, physical conditioning, and strict adherence to safety protocols. You’ll work under the supervision of a project foreman and construction manager, executing tasks that demand precision, confidence, and a deep understanding of electrical theory and live-line procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a traveling role, we currently have jobs in ND, WY, and NE.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform barehand work on energized transmission lines, voltages 69 kV and up.</li>\n <li>Safely access energized conductors using aerial lifts, ladders, or helicopters as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain minimum approach distances and use equipotential bonding techniques.</li>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain transmission structures and hardware while lines remain energized.</li>\n <li>Operate specialized tools and equipment such as hot sticks, conductive suits, and aerial platforms.</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-job briefings and hazard assessments specific to barehand procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate expert-level safety awareness and compliance with OSHA and Brink safety standards.</li>\n <li>Travel to job sites and report punctually as directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills, Experience, and Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 4 years of transmission line experience.</li>\n <li>Quanta Barehand Certification or willingness to obtain through company.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using conductive suits, bonding techniques, and live-line tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to work at heights exceeding 120 feet and in challenging environments.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of electrical theory, transmission systems, and live-line safety.</li>\n <li>High school Graduate, Holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/ experience</li>\n <li>DOL Recognized Journeyman Lineman Certificate</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and safety documentation.</li>\n <li>Physical fitness and mental focus to perform demanding tasks under pressure.</li>\n <li>Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) with company match (traditional & roth available)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays and PTO</li>\n <li>Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li>\n <li>Additional Voluntary benefits available</li>\n <li>Employee Discounts</li>\n <li>Company paid: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Health Plan (HDHP 5,000 -other plan options available for cost)</li>\n   <li>Long Term Disability</li>\n   <li>1X Base Salary life Insurance</li>\n   <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Brink Constructors, Inc. does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
