    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>As a Full-time yyear round Ride Mechanic you'll: perform daily inspections of assigned rides and attractions, perform rehab work on theme park rides and attractions, and maintain, erect, repair, and troubleshoot various theme park rides and attractions.\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position is full time hourly, up to $24.00/hour with <strong>Sign-On Bonus!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p>· 3 weeks paid vacation (6 sick days, 11 paid holidays)</p>\n<p>· Several medical coverage options to fit your needs best</p>\n<p>· 401K match</p>\n<p>· FREE entry to ALL our parks and water parks!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Perks:</p>\n<p>· Complimentary tickets for friends and family</p>\n<p>· Discounts on food and park merchandise</p>\n<p>· Full-time employee events and gatherings</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing daily inspections of assigned rides and attractions to ensure the safe operation of all units </li>\n <li>Communicating with Maintenance and Operations Management on ride and attraction downtime </li>\n <li>Performing rehab work on theme park rides and attractions</li>\n <li>Maintaining, erecting, repairing, and troubleshooting various theme park rides and attractions</li>\n <li>Visually inspecting and listening to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions</li>\n <li>Removing and/or replacing worn or defective parts using hand and/or power tools</li>\n <li>Performing routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions</li>\n <li>Tracking inspections and repairs in Maximo; Keeping accurate logs and records of routine and preventative maintenance work performed</li>\n <li>Complying with ride manufacturer guidelines and state regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as an auto or industrial mechanic preferred. </li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Focus on safety </li>\n <li>Sense of fun</li>\n <li>Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns</li>\n <li>Willingness to work in a high performance team environment</li>\n <li>18 years old or older with a valid driver's license</li>\n <li>Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, climbing, etc.</li>\n</ul>",
