Experience life at Crippen!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>We are currently looking for a high-energy, ethical, and motivated Tax Senior to contribute to our growing and inspired team.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities Tax Senior:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has mastered all criteria of Tax Staff (see Job Posting)</li>\n<li>Able to communicate effectively with clients</li>\n<li>Trains new staff on processes, procedures, and methodology</li>\n<li>Completes more complex tax returns, tax research and tax projections with minimal assistance from others</li>\n<li>Sells new services to existing clients</li>\n<li>Works to improve relationships with existing clients</li>\n<li>Provides suggestions on ways to improve the Firm</li>\n<li>Networks in the community</li>\n<li>Begins to review tax returns prior to advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements for Tax Senior:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years’ experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting required</li>\n<li>CPA/EA (or working towards CPA/EA)</li>\n<li>Hardworking and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Adaptable, assertive, and takes initiative</li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Desire to grow within the firm</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity for growth</li>\n<li>Flexible work schedule</li>\n<li>Medical, dental and vision plans</li>\n<li>Generous paid time off program.</li>\n<li>Simple Plan Contribution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>…And more!</p>",
