This role schedules equipment changeovers, performs line clearances, audits completed orders, and supports Packaging team members through training and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with management, maintenance, and peers.</span></p><p><br></p><h2><strong>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h2><p><span style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">The following duties represent key responsibilities for this position.
