This role requires a deep understanding of technology, solution architecture, solution design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges.</li>\n<li>Design solution and solution architecture that address client requirements and align with industry best practices.</li>\n<li>Develop detailed architecture and technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.</li>\n<li>Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and system reviews.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, or a Technical Consultant</li>\n<li><span>Strong expertise in a variety of technologies and platforms a plus including solution architecture, application development, product development, microservices, containers, container orchestration, cloud-native, event-driven architecture, .NET, Kafka, SQL, Kubernetes, OpenShift, public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud), IT security, performance, and sizing.</span></li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Experience in working for or with financial institutes is a plus.</li>\n<li>Project management experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to customer sites, as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to work from the office 2 days a week.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Rewards:</span> B2B contract with a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and ESOPs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health and Benefits: </span>Private healthcare, fitness allowance, and leave benefits.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supportive Work Environment: </span>Work-life balance, hybrid working, meal allowance, team-building events, and reimbursement for internet/phone subscriptions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Growth Opportunities:</span> International projects and career advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>",
