This includes performing various tasks relating to maintaining and preserving refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilating, and heating systems in buildings. This may include replacing, cleaning, preserving air filters, thermostats, belts, bearings, and blower fans.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance, refrigeration, &amp; HVAC Equipment</li><li>Complete Service Calls in a timely manner</li><li>Provide Preventative Maintenance on all commercial equipment including mini splits, heat pumps, furnace, Packaged systems</li><li>Treat Customers with professional courtesy and respect</li><li>Communicate effectively with manager, dispatcher and customer</li><li>Inspect and maintain company provided service vehicle</li><li>Order parts to complete service calls</li><li>Complete paper work in an efficient effective manner</li><li>Attend all continuous training sessions</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
